I’m Finley.
And I’ve been coaching for over half a decade.
Since I was young, I’ve been obsessed with fitness and human movement. I’ve played representative basketball, competed as a boxer at a amateur level, and now compete in powerlifting.
Training has never just been a hobby for me. It’s been a constant.
But more importantly, coaching has become my something I’m truly passionate about.
I built SN Performance Coaching to help people make substantial progress while actually enjoying their training, without starving themselves or living on unsustainable diets.
